Well , as far as cancer goes , you have your genes to blame for(presuming you aren't a tobacco-smoker or some other sh1t like that) .If your body needs energy , then you probably need some form of nutrition .
As far as exercise goes , some animals like bulldogs don't need a whole lot of exercise . Prior to getting your superpower , you get a gene therapy from such an animal or you could also have the proportion of fast twitch muscle fibers in your body increased . Also , if your body is genetically disinclined towards accumulating adipose tissue , you'll probably not get fat .
So imagine if somewhere in your genepool, it turns out that you're at risk of...testicular cancer.
One day, you find a lump.
Is it benign? Is it malignant? They can't cut it out to check. Chemo etc won't work, because the cancer is made up of your own cells and thus, invulnerable...but the pain would still be there.
But without the stressing of your muscles, any food you eat will go to fat.
Obesity ensues. You are now at risk of diabetes (but you can't inject insulin) and possible bowel cancer.
Oh, and heart attacks.

Not if you avoid junk and consume purely protein-rich food . Along with vitamin and mineral rich fruits and vegetables . More or less an athlete's diet .
