Its too similar to the first avengers movie poster. Its also too busy. something more subtle and simple would have been better.

Like a variation on this fan made poster for example is all that was needed.

I get why they went in this direction though. They wanted to showcase the main actors. But everyone and their grandma knows who is in avengers already.
And it just comes out looking forced trying to include everyone.
I mean we still get the usual ironman without his helmet look
just to show rdj 's face

What's with all this "That Posters so Awful"?

It's a picture of all of them together, with a load of Ultrons in the background. It's supposed to do nothing but remind us this movie is around the corner.

And personally I think it's cool that Cap is at the front of this one, whilst IM is at the front of the European one- A hint to the Civil War to come I'm guessing.

I agree the poster holds no bearing with the quality of the movie.

Having said that...yeah, it's an awful poster.
