How?
Well, I figure, between #1 -- wherein I can create
divine rules allowing me to decide what happens under a given set of conditions -- and #3 -- being able to posses an
infinite supply of any essential, including energy -- I am, in effect, a virtually omnipotent reality-warper.
On the other hand, I'm not fully clearing the gauntlet because of actual skill acquisition: I gotta de power, but with such an open powerset, I figure I'd take me quite a while to learn what I'd need to defeat the likes of, say, Galactus. I'd also think that to write some blanket law, eg, 'No one can defeat me in a combat situation', would require a bit of skill to implement (at least, this is how I'd write 'the comic', so to speak, to ensure some fun and challenge).
Wonder Woman, Superman, Thor: they'd be challenging, but considering I know their strengths and weaknesses (plus, I don't see why they'd know mine), it would be a simple matter of creating the right laws (eg, Supes has no power under a yellow sun; Thor's hammer can no longer hit its target) and backing up these divine decrees with infinite power. Actually, properly used, I could even see #1 OR #3 giving me the win. My weakness, as I see it, is preparation. One wrong move, and any of the aforementioned three could bring me down.
(H'mm...now musing about giving Powergirl infinite lung capacity...)
