They don't know where the kidnappe is, and Chase won't talk, so they let him go free?
This is so stupid. How about taking him down so he can't kidnap again, try torturing him/injecting him with some super truth serum or something, and still look for his victim, instead of just looking around anyways and letting him do what he wants?
Adrian is a proper piece of s***. He tries to claim that he and Oliver are the same, but they really aren't. Yes, Oliver has a bloodlust for killing, but at least he tried to channel it into something productive, and went after bad guys. In contrast, Chase killed a bunch of innocent people just to prove a point. And that b**** sidekick of his is no better, seeing as she was also crying about Oliver's methods, but then allies herself with someone far worse. Even Talia is horrible. She cries about Oliver killing her father, but the guy would have committed murder on a city-wide scale if he hadn't.

That's probably the speech Oliver will give in the season finale.
Not sure I like the reveal that Ollie skinned a man alive. And liked it.
But yeah, Chase and Talia are total moral hypocrites.
Either that or they know they're total monsters and just don't care, but think Ollie pretending not to be is worse because somehow dishonestly trying to be a better person is always treated as beneath being an unapologetic psychopath.
I kind of think Anatoli's in the right here.
Ollie went running to him, brought him and his crew across continents, and didn't seem to have a problem with him stealing medicine to make street drugs before Diggle got in his face. Ollie having a change of heart shouldn't be his problem.
Sure, he's also gangster scum that puts innocents in danger, but in terms of the principle he's got the right of it.
Yeah, some silly decisions being made by Team Arrow in general this season, even though it has been a vast improvement on the last couple of seasons. I prefer Chase as the villain to Prometheus though, the actor does a good job of being a bad guy, seems like the writers have figured this out as well. I think Chase is as smart as pretty much any of the big bads from the past, his psychoticness will most likely be his downfall.

A phone rings, and Chase kills people? How would he know what was on the cell. Could have been anything. He could have probably killed them after they tried/thought they had him arrested without much trouble anyway.
I was thinking the exact same thing as I was watching it.
