Going by your own posted scan, Doom had Namor dead to rights and it was only through a distraction that Namor was able to get Doom to take his attention off of Namor for a moment which enabled him to knock him away.
Not sure how that means Namor wins, especially considering how much more upgraded Doom of today is than Doom of decades ago, who even back then could hold his own with Namor and Thor in close quarters for a time without prep.

Their fight in comic was a Doom who is significantly all around inferior to current Doom, who's steadily been getting upgraded in the form of tech/armor weapons and especially so in the magic department. And even "classic" Doom has feats to hold his own with top tiers up close and personal. The funny thing here is that my "funny Doom obsession" isn't even at play here. I'm actually using on panel evidence and feats of both Namor and Doom to make my case. But yeah, ignore that if you want, I guess.

You're using a single scan and outdated information to argue against Doom while ignoring the shit he's done as a whole. Again, if you want to prove me wrong, you have the opportunity to do so. I find it funny that even as I type more than "Doom wins", you're crying about how my opinion means nothing and I'm wrong, while refusing to back up anything outside of some scan which actually shows that Namor was phucked before plot (ie. their craft about to crash) saved him from Doom.

Namor has also beat the shit out of better magicians than doom like master kahn who easily shrunk Doom and pwned him in one panel later.
But recently Doom has been up for suggestion as Sorcerer Supreme. Been endorsed by Strange as one of the most powerful Earth based Wizards, and done crazy things. He took down Hulk with no effort earlier this year. Hulk attacked him, and was on the ground next panel. It was like when he tried to fight Zeus, except more embarrassing because Doom was sh*t talking him the whole time.
