I guess Sony suspend/resume feature is still on hold...or being developed still.
I was reading the comments and a lot of them were like, "meh, not a big feature".
With the Xbox One, it's a ****ing awesome thing! I love it. When I've been playing Mordor (which takes maybe 5 minutes to load to actual game) it's amazing when I can just start the console and I'm at the same place as before. Great feature...
I hope PS4 gets it.

Much different situation. PSN was down for a very long while requiring every user to redo their passwords.
A Denial of Service Attack is not the same thing as being hacked. They flooded the servers with requests using botnet's and zombie computers. It happens to mostly every company. No user information was taken, just the system being taken offline. This also happened to Sony as well.

i found out about it yesterday after having trouble getting online, Even i did managed to get online it was all mess up.
Did you know that was actually announced at the Game Awards couple nights ago? People were in an uproar when a Square Enix rep was on stage talking about FFVII and PS4 leading everybody to suspect we're finally getting that decade long demanded remake and then he showed that. Wow.

I know right? Sony tells us it's important we pay for PS4's online to fund for the security of their servers yet Lizard Squad proves a lot of good that does.
I might be wrong but I think the reason why Xbox Live was not nearly affected was because of Azure. I heard it's much easier to recover from DDOS attacks when it's cloud based instead of regular boxes (or whatever they use)
But I'm unsure what Sony uses but something I heard. As well, MS has extensive experience when it comes to networks and such while Sony does not.

Yeah, I have been going through the campaigns occasionally.
Aside from the MP issues at launch (and about a month later), it is a very good collection. I think all series should look into how MS did it. And while the 20GB file at initial startup is big, I do like how all of it can be had without changing discs.
It's also pretty cool ODST is been giving for free to users who experienced issues. I assume Reach will follow shortly in the next year.
It is a good game/collection. The shortcomings were very annoying(some still are given MP is still not working properly) I also really like how they handled everything. They didn't just offer ODST for free, they are working on a new remastered map for free(Relic from the Halo 2 DLC maps), adding 1 extra month of Gold and even an emblem/avatar/something I don't recall.
Really really good stuff.
