This has nothing to do with Hulk...this has a lot to do with all of the combined Heralds she took down on her own because of her plot based weapon.
I never said she could budge Galactus. There's a difference between someone being more powerful vs someone being more dangerous.

I dont see a thing wrong with her taking out Hulk "the way she did". The guy had the weight of a star on him...he couldn't move. I am about to post it in his respect thread in a few minutes.
The lady stunned and nearly took out Hyperion and Ms. Marvel was nearly out; Cap had to help her.
I agree, Thanos would curb her but like I've stated before, her weapon is more dangerous looking at what she did.
I dont know if Proxima can beat the Hulk (since she had help) but what I do know is, from what I've saw of her, the character is great and imo, a cheat.
