Hulk on a rampage. Could the avengers stop him ???

Depends on Thor, the other Avengers are fodder really. Thor would need to fight forum style to beat Hulk, similar to how he fought the Destroyer. I haven't seen any single attack from movie Thor that I'd be convinced would drop Hulk long enough to get the win though.

Actually I think it may be the other way around. Thor is always holding back against Loki. We haven't seen him pull down any lightning against him and we know that Loki can be easily pinned by Mjolnir. I don't recall Thor tossing Mjolnir at Loki. Even to the end Thor never goes all out against him because he knows that Loki would be hard pressed to survive.

I guess that means Loki held back on Thor since Loki didn't spam blasts at Thor? Make sense. When did Thor get the chance to throw mjlonir at Loki? The fight was up close and personal.

Stop trying to derail the thread, point is that movie Thor has a very good chance of beating Hulk on his own under these conditions, adding Iron-man gives the Avengers a solid majority.

No, in the movies....If Thor fough the Hulk the way he did most of his other opponents, Hulk would have lost.

back on topic if its movie versions of all of this thor would be able to stop hulk and if your giving him iron man to assist then yea its a for sure thing

Thor was able to hit Iron Man. And he was able to channel lightning through hammer strikes.

Not to mention the likelihood of Hulk just charging right at him.

Not to mention he can make, well, storms. It's not like he has to point and click at Hulk to hit him. Plus he can throw the hammer as well.

You're better off arguing Hulk no sells or shrugs off Thor's attack than him dodging it. And really, based on feats, even that is a stretch.

this lightning isn't some heatseeking missle...thor aims it at a general vicinity

hulk is too small and mobile to get hit by it, esp considering the chargeup time thor needs to unleash it

General vicinity can obviously be massive. As evidenced by his lighting forking out and hitting multiple targets all at once. There's also tornados and the fact he basically one shot raped the Frost Giants' home.

Thor never once missed anyone he fired at, including people that are smaller than the Hulk, if you want to prove the Hulk can dodge lightning, start providing examples.
