Because WWH would be extremely hard pressed to beat Plutonian on his own, let alone Doom's mind with Plutonian's body.

Sbp has a strength feat beyond a solar system of mass. He moved planets around faster than light in hardly no time. This takes more than thousands of planet weights of force. A solar system is about 10 planets and a sun. Also a black hole can destroy many solar systems effortlessly. superman survived a double black hole and held one in his hands.
