That's crazy. Although, his training regimen is probably a few steps above what's humanly possible, considering its frequency. So maybe it does make sense.
Oh, no, I can say that I can accomplish most of his training if I pushed (the frequency would be the hard part... for awhile), and I'm not even an athlete.

Personally I'd sub out the squats for something else to protect my knees, and I'd have to work my way up to 10k... but I do 5k pretty often.
Long story short, it's well within reach.
