The high jump is accomplished by a very strict set of movements, and you have to arch your back to the extreme to clear the bar.
All he did was run, and hurdle the fence. It wasn't close either, he had a lot of space between him and the top.

Incorrect, Cap hurdled the fence, that means the top of his body was well over 12 feet off the ground, in the high jump the top of their body is barely a few inches above the bar.

interesting interpretation but no not at all. The movies and the comics have indeed proven this wrong.

Well you've interpreted his powers wrong. He's superhuman in every aspect.
Because that particular brand of motorcycle he lifted over his head was around 900lbs. Back then women on average were 100 and some change. That's roughly 1200lbs he pressed over his head with no problems. The strongest strongman can't do that. The strongest strongman can't punch through reinforced submarine glass. Can't throw a 200+lb man out of water, and a dozen or more feet onto a dock...from the water.
The bench press record is around1075 lbs. If i were Caps manager i would find some pretty light weight girls tomake hin look good. I imagine that syrength plus the precision and speed of a professional boxer could punch a hole in a mini sub and tredding water wouldn't be a problem with the legs of champion swimmer.

Lol, you're serious.
Okay, a bench press is not the same as an overhead(gorilla press). There is no way a normal person can get 1200lbs over his head and keep his arms locked like that. There was no need to find light weight girls as he clearly had super strength.
And stop reaching. Precision means nothing underwater while latched onto a moving sub. And a normal man's strength won't allow him to punch through reinforced glass meant to withstand oceanic pressures.
Also, I didn't say he treaded water. I said he threw a man from the surface of the water, over 15 feet up onto a dry dock.
You can try all you want to sell him short, but Cap is clearly superhuman.
I've seen a few strong man competitions where they drag cargo planes around. A punch isn't just arm strength. Using all that force and focusing it on one spot could do some real damage.
But the point is, I think that a group of people who are expert fighters with all the tech and info at their disposal could at least push cap to his limit, if not past.

anyways a group of well trained HUMAN fighters will all be KO'ed in one punch from Cap.
A group of humans in body armor, high on morphene, an expert at blending, a couple uf unpredictable physcopaths, and a pretty girl in a catsuit(correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Cap have a problem talking to women. Get those two up close and personal and I think selena migjt find a kink in his armor).
Only Batman has body armor. Bane has a vest, Joker has a suit, Scarecrow has a suit. Ra's has a ninja get up with no padding, Selena has a fetish suit.
Just because Bane doesn't feel pain, doesn't mean he can still use his arm if it's broken, or not get ko'd.
