How about professor zoom who speedblitzed entire flash family at once trying to speedblitz superman and being swatted away like a bug and stating that superman's reflexes are nearly a match for his? Or superman speedblitzing mandrakk's missiles which were going to blitz-sterlize an entire reality? Surfer is nowhere near that speed.
