How about professor zoom who speedblitzed entire flash family at once trying to speedblitz superman and being swatted away like a bug and stating that superman's reflexes are nearly a match for his? Or superman speedblitzing mandrakk's missiles which were going to blitz-sterlize an entire reality? Surfer is nowhere near that speed.
Do you have scans of Superman flying to the edge of the Galaxy? He could have used a ship.

His consistent speed feats outperform Clark's. Firelord who is weaker and slower than him crossed from Asgard to a planet on the far edge of the universe and back in a few minutes.
