Other than the human sized sentinels, the sentinels everyone seems to be fighting are the standard ones from the very beginning. Wonder what happened to all the insane varieties that popped up in the past decade...
Although it's probably just for the narrative sake of noob x-men and x-men with broken powers can't fight giant piloted O.N.E sentinels with a ton of anti mutant gear.

* one of the tense moments was when Cyclops got into Beast's ugly face... he may not have directly told Beast how much of a douchebag he is for dragging the O5 from the past to lie about the him starting a mutant genocide but he did inject something --- he is doing this "mutant revolution" because that's what Xavier trained every X-man to be... a warrior, a fighter who does anything what he believes is right... just like what Beast did, he just did what he think is right, even at the cost of perverting the space and time continuum...
