* it's Alison Blaire herself, Dazzler! she's the new agent of S.H.I.E.L.D... hmmm... Dazzler became an excellent team leader in her own right in her run in X-Treme X-Men... during the schism between Cyclops and Wolverine, she chooses to remain in San Francisco with Cyclops' side... then she gets sucked through a portal and is whisked away from Earth-616 universe, missing the events of AvX... i remember her visiting 616 briefly after AvX, teaming-up with Cyclops...
and now, she's the one who'll lead the S.H.I.E.L.D against Cyclops? and not to mention, in X-Treme X-Men, Dazzler and the black Cyclops (from that dimension) were lovers... this should be interesting...

* next issue: X-men: Battle of the Atom... the first major X-Men crossover event in over three years... three X-Men universes will collide... we already seen the O5 X-men of the past, and now the X-men in the future! they've traveled back in time with a warning: the O5 X-Men need to go back to their rightful time or they will be the final nail in mutantkind's coffin... they risked everything to come to the past and won't leave until they are back in the past...

* now here's the disgusting part (at least, for me... i don't know about you)... once Jean finds out that adult Beast had a crush on her before, she confronts his teenage self and they have an awkward chat... but this chat gets downright sickening because O5 Beast admits that he's in love with her, but left her to O5 Scott... then Jean, in a move that could make me puke, says she's not in love with O5 Scott and freakin' kisses O5 Beast... eeww!!! (the cover did tell the truth! and i was hoping it was not... i was complaining about the misleading covers in the last episode, but ironically, i was hoping it was a misleading cover this time, but no!)...
