If you are really only trying to put together a gauntlet to determine toughest best overall fighters among these people, this is the ranking against SBP:
Ultron -- Prime is strong. Sentry tore Ultron's head halfway off. Prime would complete the job.
Guy Gardener -- Saved by others from Prime in previous encounters.
Little more than a victim waiting to be victimized, unfortunately.
Wonder Man -- Used to get trashed by Hulk-level opponents. Sometimes Thing or Chimera level opponents. May have changed.
If he did, he makes the fight marginally more interesting.
Hulk -- No longer Greg Pak edition, unless that's precisely who the OP had in mind. WorldBreaker would take Prime out. Not so sure about current. Lacks flight in any case. Would be at disadvantage because of that.
Thor – Fights like a man-to-man brawler, generally. If he fights like that against Prime, the rest of the team will need to save him. If he actually uses his head, and especially if the team actually functions as a team disclosing useful information, distracting Prime while others engage until a grand solution can be introduced, etcetera, Mjolnir is a near-instant Prime-to-red-sun-system teleporter.
Superman (pre DCnU) -- Never been portrayed as a match for Prime, but part of that is because he's always trying to reason with the kid, who, unfortunately, is a lunatic. Should make it through this encounter because of healing factor and team assistance, though.
Wonder Woman -- Her weapons have the blessing of the Greek Pantheon. I seem to remember her lasso being effective against Prime despite the fact that Shazam characters, with a similar pantheon back of them, were utterly ineffective.
KC Superman -- The biggest reason the team survives and wins. This is NOT just another Superman. Most portrayals I'VE seen of this guy have him near Prime-level himself. Stronger and tougher than our own Superman, stronger and tougher by far, prone to "flying shield" behavior, prone to letting go with fuller force than our own as well.
I'll stop short of saying Kingdom Come Supes solos Prime, but I've not really seen any shortcomings by KC to suggest he shouldn't.
At any rate, team wins, but, if the contest was meant to go gauntlet style, the above is the order of the "gates" Prime must pass.

And, again, he's strong.
Prime might have shown a moment of restraint if he was left wondering who the silver-metal "girl" was.
Standard Ultron gets its head ripped off that much faster for not being good-looking.
