The only primarily judo based fighters I can think of are Cyclops, Hank Pym, and obviously Judomaster

Cyclops isn't primarily judo. He's a practitioner, sure, but it's not his main style. Aikido is.

I wouldn't go as far as to say it was the difference, but it definitely makes him more formidable.

With it, he could:

Telepathically control the surface tension, hardening it so he can punch, or making it weak enough that it's passed through like actual water.
Amplify his telepathy.
Telepathically control it when it's not attached to his arm.
Heal wounds.
Reverse corrupt magic (even destroying magically mutated creatures).
Cured Black Manta's autism.
Has limited hydrokinesis.

Off the top of my head, anyway. iirc he could also dehydrate things.

Aqua man can use his trident if need be. The only stipulation is the fight is out of and not near any form of water.

Okeedokee. At the risk of alienating myself for the rest of my time on KMC, I'll just come out and say something. I really don't care for wolverine. At all. The basic fact that he's almost impossible to take down really irritates the shit out of me. So, whether AM actually -would- beat him or not, I have no idea. That being the case, I really hope he kicks logans ass.
