I agree it is probably getting some love due to its material, but at the same time, the film has received Best Film awards/nominations for being an intense procedural that still thrills despite everyone knowing what happens at the end. I guess I'll see how true that is when I go see it.

Idk I don't feel it would be held in such high esteem if it wasn't for it being about what it is. To each their own I guess.

I remember reading the reviews for that one they gave lots of praise for the realistic action and tactics shown from the real life soldiers, Cept the soldier's acting weren't that great.

Still need to check out the movie myself, It only got a limited released here.
