Oh but according to you Voldemort is so much more powerful. If he was that more powerful he would have beaten Dumbledor. I mean Voldemort brought forth all his magical might. He brought forth the fire snake, and his dark blast, and his power to bear. Guess what, who was the one who had a scared shitless face, Voldemort. Dumbledore came in their looking like a boss, and ended the battle looking like a boss. I'm not seeing what Albus telling him other wizards were coming is relevant. If you wanna go off that then what does Voldemort say after that? He says "By that time I will be gone, and you...shall be dead." That shows Voldemort was confident he would defeat Dumbledore in that time frame, which he showed to fail absolutely in. So I suggest you rewatch that scen since your knowledge on Harry Potter is quite lacking.

Now, Hermione is a very fact based person. By her behavior this isn't just wishful thinking, this is based off actual facts she would have gathered. As for Harry, he's the main character and normally the main character is the voice of the writer.
Then it's not just these comments. It's Voldemorts actions alongside feats. Voldemort is stated in the movies and in the books and shown in the movies to be afraid of Dumbledore. By hermione he is stated to fear Dumbledore, in the books it's stated time and time again, in their duel you see Voldemorts facial expression at the start and at the end it shows fear.
Then feats, FIRESTROM has topped at least in my view anything Voldemort has done. It tops the firesnake in OOTP, it tops the shield breaking charm. You fail to look at context of situations which makes you fail to understand the actual scope of the Magic.
