Voldemort vs. Albus Dumbledore

How is this still a question? It's not that I don't think debate isn't worth it, just who's defending Voldemort isn't worth it.

So you can't make a case and concede the actual debate.

Albus FTW.

I suggest rewatching the film because Voldemort didn't lose and came off as superior to the guy sporting the elder wand.

Tom lost and fled. He also lost to Harry pretty hilariously

I think the pages between us is the case, which you weren't able to refute.

False, please watch the fight again and apologize for the lies.

Completely untrue. I see you still don't know what words mean. Just stay gone you weren't missed.

To be fair it was because of love magic. Lol...it's awkward to even say that, but yeah. It also had to do with his specific connection to Harry and the negative consequences he didn't foresee would occur by using his blood to revive himself.

In HP if you're spawned via rape magic love is like your kryptonite.

So you could kinda blame Voldemorts mother for all this. Next time don't magically rape a dude because you just might end up giving birth to a magic snake Hitler.

For Harry yes, for Dumbledore I respectfully disagree.

Haha aman to that brother.

To get into the details of the whole thing, while I agree Voldemort has a problem with love, it also comes down to arrogance. Voldemort frequently overlooks and disregards magic he doesn't see as useful. The power of love is one for example. His fight with Dumbledore demonstrates, in my view, shows that Dumbledore is slightly superior. As he did resort to attacking Harry, after he was so sure he would defeat the headmaster.

I actually forgot about Tommy being a rape baby until my daughter got into HP and started watching videos on YouTube.

They seemed even in the fight, I think Voldemort realized that and thus tried a different tactic. The fact Dumbledore had the elder wand IMO makes it a better showing for Voldemort than Dumbledore.

And yes arrogance does also play a part. In the books it is even worse, the guy can read minds. Yet he doesn't use this power to find out wtf Harry is talking about when he's all "If you don't stop this it's going to backfire, something something wand magic something something". Harry had just come from from getting hit with the AK again, but nah just ignore all that and try the exact same tactic.

Though Dumbledore in the past did have chances to kill Voldemort, but he for some reason let him go.

He did, but it wasn't because anyone overpowered him or anything.
