I doubt even Exodus' forcefields can stand up to Black Adam going full tilt, and his speed/perception makes teleportation a moot point. As when he wants he can literally move fast enough that regular people are a statue.

Telepathy does not give you heightened perception speed.

That's a separate power.

Either way, simply thinking at superhuman speeds is a vague qualifier, and is a long ways away from thinking at lightspeed and the whole world being frozen around you for it.

Yeah, he does have a very awesome record against telepaths. He has casually shrugged off an amped Brainwave's(Mr. Mind) attempts to infiltrate his mind. The same brainwave mindraped the whole JSA casually. Also

That fight lasted waaaaaaaaaaay longer than that. Honestly I don't see BA doing that good against those X-Men teams...

That's the whole fight give or take a few pages. You don't see Black Adam doing well against X-men? Hello, WWIII. Also he has owned the whole JSA in two pages.
