SoK tanked a nuke and went through hell, heaven and earth by means that seem like simply walking, he's pretty much the abstract of death in that universe. So I'm not sure if your random transmutation feat makes sense in that context, a nuke couldn't hurt its hat.

Apparently when off his throne God became capable of dying, and he was shot by a death-casting bullet, so maybe he didn't have time to react, or it was PIS or the SoK is just that powerful. In anycase I'm not claiming God was a full-fledged omnipotent off his throne, but he certainly had powerful feats, even if he was just a herald in power, SoK killed him effortlessly.
