The best attack SoK's got hit with was a nuke. That's it. Thanos was DISINTEGRATED with an anti-matter bomb or whatever it was and CAME BACK. According to you that's unkillable. So Thanos is unkillable.
Thanos killed the unkillable Cancerverse denizens, something no one else could do. So he can kill the unkillable, so there goes SoK's.
Now let's see your scans regarding Satan, the AoD, the Heavenly Host, and "God" off his throne doing ANYTHING remotely interesting in terms of fights or feats.

God was an earth deity, and the AOD and Satan were only dealing with human level beings.
Much like the God of Spawn's Earth (not MoM), except vastly less impressive.
Plus God straight up told Sok that he could only bring back his family on the throne (possible bluff mind you, but he didn't show jack to go against it)
