The only senario Thanos has a chance in is option 3 where they all fight in character; Surfer can fight like a total and complete idiot from time to time while fighting in character, so this would be to Thanos's advantage...

In the other senario's, Thanos gets gang raped; especially if they all fight with CIS/PIS off...hell, a CIS/PIS off Thor could concievably solo Thanos with Soul Suck...

Add in the exotic things the other two could do and this is a slaughter in the teams favor.

Thanos in all four.

Ill say Team all around. Thanos is Powerful to be sure, but I dont think hes Superman + Thor + Surfer Powerful.

That is a tough team to beat when they are allowed to pull out all the stops. Never mind the kind of combos you could get from them and team work they could pull off.
