Fate(Jared Stevens) vs. Black Alice
Fate is immune to all magics:

(assume the 2 combatants are the only people in the Bar.)
For the purposes of this match, Alice cannot summon the magics from any character(s) outside of the Bar.
Who wins?
Do you think Alice would be able to copy Fate's abilities? If she did, she would gain his weaponry/skills by default, leaving Jared essentially powerless.
Reminder: while Alice has copied Spectre's magics, Fate has demonstrated immunity to Nekron's magics... So imo, it's hard to say what'd happen one way or the other.

look at you starting a thread! lol
i actually liked fate as a character quite a bit. a nice parting of ways with the more classic version of dr fate. not sure what would happen here tbh. i'm guessing fate would gut her, but...i'm guessing that her magic could keep her from being killed by him. arion alone is a monster. is deadman's power considered magic? probably. guess.....stalemate? unless alice simply amps her strength and beats him down physically? hrm.

This match intrigues me... It reminds me of the unstoppable force meets an immovable object paradox (although I think a winner here can certainly be found.)

Difficult to say. As is the helm resisted Alice, than you factor in Jared anti magic shenanigance. In the end, we know that he was taken out by Mordru stabbing him with his own weapon (Mordru who also happens to be excellent at siphoning magic).
I can only conclude, that if not completely immune to Black Alice. Than at the least he would be heavily resistant, and giving him an advantage to physically maul her down, unless she finally taps into his energies, or he directs energy at her like a dumbass.

So then Fate wins IMHO. Think about it. She can't do anything to him BUT what's stopping him from just walking up to her and punching her lights out? Or putting her in a choke hold and putting her ass to sleep?

I just see their two abilities causing them to stalemate from a power only perspective. Then that leaves a grown man vs a teenage girl. Not looking good for the teenage girl.

Because Spectre is all over the place power level wise? And if he's really immune to all magic.......I just see their two abilities causing them to stalemate from a power only perspective. Then that leaves a grown man vs a teenage girl. Not looking good for the teenage girl.
IF she cannot absorb his magics, then ya, she's phucked. However, even though Fate's magical immunity is haxxed beyond belief, so are Alice's absorption abilities... So it's hard to say what'd happen.

Additionally, given that the 5th dimension, The Green, The Grey, The Red, and even Hell are considered magical realms, it seems logical to assume that both Nekron and his realm would also fall under the magical umbrella of Sorcerers' World:
