Actually, Cap has better striking feats than Slade or Batman.
Deathstroke closing in on Black Canary like that is impressive I guess. On the other hand, Steve has raced by even Daredevil:

So Cap with his bare hands or feat demolish a steel door
So Cap punching someone so hard that they fly through a steel door or a brick wall
Cap had to use every bit of his strength to send Wolverine flying, Slade and Bats could do similar feats with standard hits.
You brought Hulk and Rhino, you use high end feats and I'll do the same, in which case Cap still looks inferior in one aspect or another

I brought up high end feats to show that his highs were above Slade or Batman's highs.You'd have to use their highs and Cap's average to even have a chance of proving that they hit harder.
Cap using high end showings hits harder, Bats using high end showings is faster
Pick your poison, either Cap is slower or he doesn't hit as hard depending on weather you want to use high end feats or consistent one's.
