Almost everyone is teenagers, who will often have more than 20 years worth of experience.

About your list...
1. That's not anime, that's Hentai, good sir.
2. That's also not anime, that's hentai.
3. *sigh* That's niche hentai.
But here's my list:
1. Hard work, very strong will power, and perseverance will allow you to win fights almost every time.
2. Japanese men like Japanese school girls (but this is true in real life).
3. There are mystical powers all over the ****in' universe and some kid can use them but doesn't want to use them.
4. Everyone turns ultra red in the face when there is flirting going on or bashful moments happening with their crush.
5. Everyone that drinks alcohol gets really red in the face, too.
6. Cool guys don't talk much.
7. It's okay for women to be bitches: the men will still like them. (tsundere).
how about these things:
1. whenever the protagonist is having a moment with a girl, it will always get interrupted. always.
2. in some mangas/animes, the girl treating the protagonist like a piece of shit is the one he ends up with in the end.
3. bad guys will always have some uber powerful ability that they save for later instead of using it right away.
4. bad guys always spare the heroes the first time around because they look down on them and it comes back to bite them in the ass later.
5. when people in anime get wounded, they tend to lose more blood than they should possibly have in their bodies.
