What the heck is a "sock?"

I think it was an alternate account from a ban member...at least that's what I was told.

"Sock" is short for "sock puppet" and basically refers to a poster with more than one account, or someone who makes a new account to get around a ban, which is against the rules. I've seen people banned permanently because they made a sock account after getting a temporary ban, for instance.

So, just to make sure we're all on the same page, is this continuing with O at the helm, myself, or are we going to let it be more open and unhosted?

I don't know lets just get this going and cross that bridge when we get to it.

I didn't know I was at the helm for this. Lol.

Also, I didn't know I had the much writing in me. Especially because I really didn't post anything of importance to anyone's characters.

I just needed clarification, since I was originally assuming I'd be taking stewardship of this with starry moving on. It's up to you at this point, O, since starry's given you run of Athena and company. If you want it, you can have it. If not, I'm assuming it'll default to me.

By no means would I ever intend disrespect to you, Xan, but I think we need your presence here more before we can truly consider that an option. Again, no disrespect.

Xan I'm still here for the most part, but if I get sick O can move my characters along till I get back. For now though, I'm okie dokie! Post coming tomorrow...don't think I can keep my eye open any longer zzzz...

Actually I'll make a post before I go so we can work on other stuff tomorrow hopefully.

😛 I keed, that's a valid concern, and I won't say that I can drop everything and be here full time, but I'm working around a better schedul, so I should be able to make my way on more often.

Ah. Okay, I was under the impression you were leaving entirely. I'm glad that was a misunderstanding. With pheo and Fox MIA the gender ration's shrinking rapidly.

You know it wouldn't kill you guys to make girl characters...

I wasn't talking about characters, though. I was talking about actual players. I could totally make a female character, I just haven't come up with a good idea for one. 😐

I COULD make a female character, but I just introduced another character. I don't want to get overwhelmed with more than two characters. Once they've both been established further, I could make a female character.

Well if you guys want to make new characters we have 6 titans and we can use more villains, they could be secondary characters and I would assume that villains would take advantage of all the chaos in the city right now.

When I can find some time, I may at some point feature an anti-villain. I'll keep you posted on that.
