Thanos beats the crap out of both Beta ray Bill and Ronan with ease , no selling a full on hammer shot from Ronan and the snapping his universal weapon like it's a twig. He also tanks a full on blast from Surfer like it's nothing
Yes, I enjoyed it quite a bit. I was wondering what the hell was going on with the outfit switching though but I'm glad that was neatly cleaned up. I like how Starlin basically sent a giant middle finger to Brevoort though with him in detail explaining why The End is canon.
I'm glad it didn't just turn into a feat fest though like it was "supposed to".
And can't wait till my physical copy arrives. Pretty glad I bought it now. Curious what the third annual/graphic novel has though.

Also The End apparently happened in two universes. Kind of puts a halt to the whole "omniversal" thing. Though it's curious why LT would oppose it twice. Or why God just throws around his power willy nilly.
also, this book reconfirms that thanos /w/ THOTI only destroyed ONE universe. 👆
Breevort talked about alredy:
So despite everyone else believing The End was canon and even Jim Starlin himself saying it was and it being referred to in THANOS #1, you stuck to your guns and said it wasn't ever canon. So, care to explain how it still "isn't" canon after INFINITY REVELATION again refers to it quite prominently? Just because Iron Man doesn't remember it doesn't mean it's not canon. Just the same way when Genis-Vell destroyed and remade the entire universe in his book is canon.Anonymous
I’m sorry, but MARVEL: THE END still isn’t canon. It’s a THE END story, it’s non-canonical right in the title.

lol, 'the end' was specifically referenced as a canon/616 event in: the 'thanos' mini-series, at least a half-dozen OHOTMU bios, the 'thanos sourcebook', AND 'infinity revelations'.brevoort's retort:
...the man is a complete idiot.
So did it take place in one universe or two then buddy? Being that the LT is Omniversal... yet only one universe was destroyed.. kinda makes it hard to gauge doesn't. Destroying the prime 616 or a universe is impressive... absorbing a omniversal being seems grander in scale... and bigger feat than destroying one universe.
