Who is the weakest character that can beat Adult Franklin Richards every single time (as in a perfect 10/10)?

My personal vote goes to Master Order or Lord Chaos...

Can anyone think of someone weaker than the above that can beat him every single time?

You'd probably have to go up to people like Lucifer Morningstar, Scathan and Protege (maybe), 616 MJJ, or L.T. to be able to beat Franklin 10/10.

What'd happen if Franklin removed the air around Scratch? Can he breath in an airless environment?

Protege would SODOMIZE Franklin.

The guy from X-man did die by having his surroundings used against him though didnt he? Even if that didnt work. He was hurt by a alternate version of Wolverine.

There are an infinite number of ways Franklin could beat that guy without ever having to directly attack him...

Orr he could just throw a mountain of adimantium on top of him.

Oh, and btw Shaman Nate Grey is at the very least 2 solid tiers below adult Franklin.

Even if we do assume that no mutant power (be it Franklin, be it the MoD, be it MJJ) can affect Scratch, there are still a multitude of ways to incapacitate and/or kill him without directly attacking him.

Franklin makes a gun.

He then shoots Scratch in the face.

She ordered Scratch prepare the Engines of God, to go to the Earth-616, but before he did anything, the machine was destroyed by X-Man, and Scratch apparently died in the explosion.

Even in the bio, a mutant kills him indirectly by using his powers. 🙁
