Can definitely feel Whedon's influence. Character interactions were solid. It did feel a little too short considering the scope of the movie.

The Superman love was welcomed. Still want Lois and Martha to die like Johnatan xD

I'm not even sure it's fair to blame Snyder, WB should be mad at themselves for mandating the 2hr. limit as this movie was clearly suppose to be longer than it was.

Yeah it is one of those weird times when I actually wanted a movie to be longer. I usually hate 2 and a half hours + long movies, but this one needed it. If only to just give the audience room to breath.

15 minutes to make certain scenes with more depth would have helped a lot.

It’s WB fault for keeping Snyder on For JL after the massive negative reception of BvS.

Also for rushing JL when they clearly didn’t have things figured out yet.

Wonder Woman - 9/10

I can imagine she'll be getting a different sort of ice-cream in the sequel... 😖hifty:

What a load! You should be very proud! haermm

Still only 1 outright negative review of JL here. Interesting.

Go and see it, thorboy.

I think the biggest problem was making Whedon cut 30 minutes from the movie.

Not seen it yet so can’t really comment.

But if the issue was not enough introduction and background to the new characters then I’d argue that’s also WB’s fault for not building upto JL with he solo movies first.

BvS was clearly wayyy too long though.

Justice League - 8.5/10
Man of Steel - 7.5/10
Wonder Woman - 7.5/10
Suicide Squad - 5/10
Batman Vs Superman - 4/10

You'll see it for sure.

BvS wasn't too long just not enough action/humor sprinkled here and there to keep me interested.

@DarthThor (can't quote for some reason)

Sounds like you wouldn't enjoy the director's cut much, then.

Haven't seen it, but supposedly it's better than the theatrical version.

Of BvS? Yes I’ve see it. Was longer than Watchmen but less entertaining.

How much of an improvement compared to theatrical?

It makes the movie flow better and makes the plot make more sense, but it's not Kingdom of Heaven levels of improvement.

I see.

BvS has bigger plot and character problems which humour wouldn’t have solved.

Full credit to WB for using that little snippet of

Spoiler:
John Williams's Superman theme in JL
. ****ing loved that.

No offense to Aquaman but I think

Spoiler:
his ability pretty much was a weaker version of Superman/Wonder Woman on the ground, it's going to be a problem if too many heroes got the same ability. No I understand why many cartoons replace him with Shazam/Hawgirl/MM.
