Still only 1 outright negative review of JL here. Interesting.

well the general audience don't seem to care

Seems like a good time! 😎

So what I gather from this thread other threads on this site is that some people just want to see Superman be an unstoppable god and that's why they liked the film. Pretty much for that aspect. The rest of the film could have been "MEH" but at least that one aspect is there. 🙄

For me that matters least. His personality seemed better than the unlikable brooding douche-bag he has been in previous DCEU films, and that trumps, "Muh powah levels!"

That was the best though. Seeing Superman having a good time while saving the day. Seeing him put absolute priority on rescuing civilians in the crisis (long overdue) and even laughing.

I hope we never go back to brooding Superman again. Best thing that happened to him was to die tbh. Came back a better character.

Well we can thank BvS, Suicide Sqaud and possibly Man of Steel For that.

Does Justice league have post credit scenes?

It has two. Both of which were fun and worth waiting for IMO.

The general audience score are overall good, the critics are bad.

Worse than BvS.

Watchable, but has plenty of flaws.

Same with BvS and that movie was sh!t.

Justice league was good, but forgettable if you ask me.

6/10

Better than Suicide Squad, that's for damn sure.

Haven't seen SS. Might see it for Margot Robbie.

They need to lose Snyder. I love his cinematography but the over use of CGI is just too much. It takes me out of the movie.

I guess it is just a decision to make things look as comic booky as they can without compromise? But it certainly bugs me. CGI is great, but when it is over used you begin to catch on the flaws and shitty cgi fast.

He's pretty much done now, as far as I can tell. You can smell Geoff Johns all over WW and JL.

Snyder isn't a shitty director, per se, but his incredible overuse of green screen CGI is what's killing his movies.

We call those people "normal".

I'd argue it's more letting him have any say over the damn story than anything.

I like Clark's improved persona in JL, but being written as an unstoppable Mary Sue is what has always turned me off to the character. And makes for uninteresting movies unless he's going up against another strong brick. And it seems that pretty much most of the upcoming villains are going to be just strong bricks with powers from Apocalypse, Including Darkseid.

So far Zod and crew, Doomsday, and Steppenwolf have been pretty much the same kind of 3rd act CGI destruction fights.

What Mary Sue? That's exactly how powerful he should be all along. A lot of ppl dislike Superman because he was keep getting ass kicked by much weaker foes.
