Just what is it with DC that they can't seem to make any good films unless those films star Batman? It's not the characters, every single member of the Justice League can be interesting if written properly.
I realize in comics there is this need to justify Batman because he is the "human" and thus you can't have him looking that bad. It's almost as if they feel that showing Batman as too useless is like some kind of slight against the entire human race, but it's as if that is starting to seep into the real world.

Okay. DC is slowly turning the ship in a better direction. It's still Snyder at the helm; we need to see how much Affleck and others have been able to muzzle him. We actually have a little bit of levity and humour, which has been absent thus far from the DCCU. It's works in correct doses guys, Marvel has shown how!
- The Bruce-Barry Allen pitch scene unfortunately seems too much a mashup of the Quicksilver recruitment scene from X-Men: DOFP and the Tony-Peter Parker scene from Captain America: Civil War. It will be read as imitation by the audience. And, just like the TV series, they (DC & Warners) are continuing to turn Barry Allen into their version of Peter Parker, a person he never was. Wally West was the best Peter Parker type at DC when he was the Flash; if that's what they want, they should use him.
- I like the armoured look of Flash's costume (especially since the TV version looks like lame cosplay), but if he actually needs it to protect himself from the enourmous heat and energy his running creates, they why isn't his whole face armoured too?
- Don't have a problem if Steppenwolf is the big bad for this, since this is a stepping stone to JL Part 2, you want to save Darkseid for the bigger, concluding chapter.
- Momoa's Aquaman...we'll see. He's still making me think of Namor in his early 90's days, with the hair.
- Gal's already passed the grade for me after BvS. No worries about her.

It's what I'm seeing, and I suspect others will see it as well. My opinion.
On an off topic - isn't Ezra Miller the most Asian looking Jewish male anyone has seen? At least, more Eurasian looking than even Keanu Reeves.

I sort of agree. Some will probably bring up comparisons, but I don't think many will care.Momoa is annoying me with that constant anger.
Flash looks like he will lighten things up tho. and Suicide Squad.
