If it's something you like from your childhood or something then why would you want to support someone who is butchering it? Why not demand a proper adaptation with your $$?

I really don't think it's got to the boycotting stage just yet. Sure it might get there soon, but not yet.

But if it sucks then I won't watch it a 2nd/3rd time and won't buy it on Blu-Ray.

Terminator was a part of my childhood, as was Star Wars. And I give every new Terminator movie a chance. Just don't watch it again. I wasn't a fan of TFA but Will still give Episode 8 a chance obviously. And those franchises are way more important to me than DC.

So yeah don't get what your point is at all.

The point is Zack Snyder has proven himself a terrible storyteller so don't give him anymore money if you can help it.

That's really all that matters.

He's only a few or couple steps above Michael Bay. I'm serious.

as a side note:

Imo, cheap theater showings are okay for anything. I go see the utmost shit possible sometimes with friends for the shits and giggles of it. For example we went to see Transformers 2 at a cheap showing. But other than that I have never given any money to Bayformers. Movies don't make money at cheap theaters. They make it at the opening box office and on Blu-ray/DVD.

Same here; was how I saw some films like the recent Tarzan. Think even that may be giving this JL too much credit though; honestly considering just pirating it, and I hate pirating, but the trust isn't really there for me to see it otherwise.

Fair enough. For the record if it's another case of 20% on RT, then I won't be in a rush to catch it. Especially in a month I could be watching Thor:Ragnarok for the 10th time.

hasn't it already been confirmed that Bay is taking over after Juatice Legue

This gets in the 20's on RT and Snyder is going to be hung.

Hung by whom? Fans, maybe. But as long as it still makes a billion dollars or so worldwide (which it probably will) the studio won't care what kind of reviews it gets.

Yeah, some are saying it will be one of the biggest events this year. I think it depends on how WW might do, but there is no denying it, Snyder has a decently big fan base. I'm thinking 350-400 domestic. You already have people who said they hated BVS, but are much more interested in this for various reasons; more light hearted, action packed, and the introducing of new characters on screen. Momoa is the life of the party here.
