The dragon was killed at the end. Without zan none of this was possible. Zan saved the entire human race. McClane--he can't even save his own marriage.

this midget with a Jew-Fro was more impressive at facing a dragon than Van Zan.

thanks to quinn. not van pose

if you are suggesting that if he had not played a yoda role, quinn wouldnt have had the knowledge necessary, perhaps. if you are suggesting he played the part of zeus in clash of the titans by giving him the tool necessary to win (explosive arrows), then that too is arguable.

but to attempt to argue that quinn saved the human race in his final offensive is complete balderdash. a bootless and ridiculous conclusion.

this thread has nothing to do with mcclane.

Quinn would have never even known about the dragon. He learned everything from Zan who gave him the chance to do so.

Without zan the dragons rule over earth.

Are you sure about that ?

Nope, the females would have starved out and the male would have gone back into hibernation for another 60 billion+ years.

Quinn had the right idea from the start. Dig in, survive and they'll starve out soon.

that too

but quinn was like a douchey ben kenobi, pushing the reluctant hero to fight the dragon. except kenobi was a sissy since he didnt run into vader's lightsaber like a badass.

You are speculating on what would have happened with the wait and see approach. You are very biased. I want you to see the light but you have to want it. Do you want to, roberto ?

It's not speculation, the intro of the story told us. When the world is full of life, they come out, burn and devour all and then it's back to sleep until the world is repopulated again. Last time this happened was when the dinosaurs went extinct, which was give or take about 65 billion years ago.

Did you not pay attention to the intro? Of course not. I can post it if you need. Van Zan only needed to wait, the idiot.

So wait until the human populace is extinct like the dinosaurs. You need parental supervision when making your points from now on.

Your example was dig in because at the beginning they stopped after they killed all the dinosaurs.

Did you not pay attention again? By the time Van Zan lands in England, the dragons where close to starving out.

Quinn obviously had the right idea about "digging in and surviving", which is what he said.

Becase in the beginning of the movie they stopped because the dinosaurs died out. LOL. Let's die out and we win in the end-----robtard.

Your clear ignorance of the film and that strawman you're trying to pass aside, Van Zan did not save the human race.

He only demonstrated a lack of patience (unlike Quinn), which would translate to this thread as him having the option of wait until the wood-chipper runs out of fuel or being impatient and rage jumping in cos he's also a suicide case.

Without Zan's knowledge and know how no one ever even goes to slay the alpha male dragon. Your let's get extinct tactic is up there for worst reasoning ever.
