Yeah, he would outright crush Thor in durability too if we go by feats. I don't like to post feats in air though. Just for an example, superman survives a planet the size of Jupiter blowing up on his face while extremely weakened by red sun and subsequent kryptonite radiation and isn't even KOED.This was also Byrne superman.

Superman is stronger, more durable, faster than Thor or Surfer without flight.
Wonder Woman is also no slouch and is probably the best H2H fighter on either team.
Based on the stipulations I would actually say she might be the most dangerous person in the fight.
Strength Super > Thor > Wonder Woman => Silver Surfer
Speed Superman > Wonder Woman > SS => Thor
Straight Durability SM > SS = Thor > WW
Damage Soak Thor > SM > WW => SS
H2H WW >> Thor > SM >= SS
Of course I'm using pre-flashpoint, current DCNu is different obviously.
SS is a weak link and Supes is obviously physically the most gifted and WW is the most skilled. Plus they have a speed advantage which I won't say is way out of Thor and Surfer's ability to handle but is quite noticeable.

The notion that Thor is as durable as the Surfer is laughable. It's almost as laughable as Wonder Woman having equal damage soak to the Surfer. Also, the Surfer is easily as durable as Superman.
The DC duo win but some of this stuff is just silly, IMO.

But I could see an argument made for Surfer being equal to Superman but I don't think it's one that most people would agree with.

I think most people would agree that Superman and the Surfer have comaparable durability. Both are are much more durable than Thor who makes himself bleed headbutting the Surfer. The Hulk has managed to pummel Thor into a mess but hasn't done the same sort of damage to Norrin.
Thor has some highs but he's inate durability is nowhere near on the level of Superman or the Surfer.
