Depends how you see it. Thor's easily escaped a black hole.
Celestials were punching holes in the Odin destroyer with the entirety of Asgards power stacked onto it and one shot unimind. Thor took the hits then knocked over and impaled Arishem.

What's more damage in your opinion though? Skin being cut to produce blood, or the skill being bent inwards into the brain? Surfer doesn't have the same anatomy as Thor, so it's not quite the same, but I'd see it as a reasonable argument to say Surfer came out as the one who was more damaged in that little encounter.
