I just came to the realization that Goku has no upper limits now. He does not age..he cannot die. after every battle he gets stronger..he is and always will be the strongest in the universe after he fights the next strongest person in the universe and beats or ties them
Goku is a Angel of The DBZ Universe which can be a God at any given moment now..He Flys, He Shoots fire from him hands and is un deniably the greatest warrior in the universe of good.

They both admitted defeat…If Goku stopped his most powerful attack..what does that make him weaker or stronger? That is why Bills said he had lost…He now saw that Goku could access God Mode now without his friends and there was no need to fight anymore..As bills said "I have lost" and Goku being Goku said the same thing cause he is humble
Why is that so hard for you to understand..Go watch the movie 20 times and then only then we might be able to have an actual conversation on what happened and why..

Actually you never watched the movie..Bills told Goku he had lost and that if Goku was stronger he would not destroy the earth..go watch the movie before you open your fly trap

As for the facts..Goku stated as well he was only at 70% of his real power then seconds later he loses God mode..Yet he fought with him at Bills 80% not as a God..
Then when Bills unleashed his most poweful attacked Bills told him he was not in god mode and he said.."you finally accepted the realm of the gods and its actually genius"
Then Goku said that still does not matter because of the huge gap in power..Then Bill increased the power of his attack hoping to unleash Goku's true power.
Then Goku as he always goes..Goes to the next level and Becomes the God Of the SSJ Race as Shenron fortold in the legend of how the first SSJ God was created...the life force of all earth entered Goku and then and saves the world again this time as a god
