The thing is, if BATMAN can do that to her, then she is screwed when she fights ITACHI.
Context was that she wanted a combat test to see if she was still League-ready despite being recently blinded. She was tooling Flash, Martian Manhunter, Plastic Man, etc., then Batman snuck up and struck her ears.
Everyone jumped her, then next page she knocked them all away.

Bad logic. She's demonstrated to be a lot stronger, tougher, and faster than Itachi, and she's trashed Batman on numerous occasions (the Hikatera was almost nothing but her trashing Batman).
Batman has, of course, managed to be effective against Superman and other people even higher than WW and Supes before. Do you think Itachi's more powerful than Superman?

It cannot be argued that WW is stronger than ITACHI, but this is an Itachi who can SPAM everything in his arsenal, plus cant die.
If Batman, an ordinary human, can land a hit, why can't Itachi?

He can be restrained by the lasso easily enough, or thrown into orbit, and she's fast enough to avoid what he spams.

Izanagi she can't 'avoid,' but it only is a temporary save thing.
Izanami fails when someone admits the truth and breaks free. She has a little ritual she does with herself regularly where she uses the lasso to confront any falsehood within herself. She's break free pretty much instantly.
