Itachi on his death bed has already displayed hypersonic+ reaction speeds. She won't be blitzing anything, that's not even in her character to outright blitz someone. And throwing him into the sun? Lol.
Itachi's regular Genjutsu would fuk with Wonder Woman's head so much that she won't be able to tell what's real and what's not without lassoing everything around her. Tsukuyomi is just overkill in my not so humble opionon.
Itachi is virtually omnipotent within Tsukuyomi.
And he could have easily killed Kakashi if he wanted to. Take into consideration the fact that Kakashi can also resist Mangekyous for a bit due to Obito's Sharingan. Diana doesn't have such a luxury.

Maybe once every 100 issues she will be portrayed as being that fast. Her average showings aren't nearly that good. Itachi also has precognition to some extent which will help out a lot. And isn't this DCnU Wonder Woman? I've read almost everything with her so far and she hasn't impressed me at all.
