I really can't see Thor just shrugging off a thunderclap from WBH if he is just hovering a little bit above hulk. Also Thor and Superman ain't the type of people who even bloodlusted snipe people from long distances. They will at least attempt a punch or two thinking their durability can withstood a bit of punishment and thats where they get their chests caved in.

If its in character WBh still clears it. Thor even bloodlusted if in character will still go physical to some degree and thus get splattered. This is rather indisputable as His history against superstrong bricks (destroyer, Mangog, juggernaut etc) and aLso against hulk specifically ( see Thor bloodlusted vs maestro/prof hulk) supports this.

Full potential doesn't negate CIS here. So despite the fact that they are bloodlusted doesn't mean Thor or Superman will snipe WBH all the way from mars or something in fear of repurcussions.
Sure they can and will speedblitz or use devastating long range attacks but they won't be spamming the same moves over and over again.

Just against Mangog, Thor used several powers, including a barrage of lightning that was so powerful, it actually melted part of Asgard and set off volcanoes, sinking Mangog beneath the surface of an ocean of lava.
Against Juggernaut, he also used several powers, not the least of which was a vortex that cut Cain off from his power-source.
The VAST majority of Thor battles included the use of his non-physical powers. And, he has shown the ability to certain powers that would easily end a battle against WBH, if those powers were allowed to be used here.
