Definitely. He made clear he wanted her alive.

I always thought the only reason he and Mikasa did so well was because by that point the Female Titan was running on like no energy.

Man I hope this anime doesn't end at 25 episodes with a made up ending.

That would suck so much. But given how big the critical acclaim is I doubt that would be the case.

Think they'll get a break and later continue when the manga has made more progress ala FT?

I hope the series continues. I hate when there's only one season of an anime when there's clearly meant to be more.

I started reading the manga the moment of the biggest WTF cliffhanger when the old/white bearded titan ate Eren.

That scene was hilarious. Eren was in the top 5 of his class and sucked so hard against the titans.

But him plugging up the wall was such a well executed moment that all is forgiven.

There were already 21 episodes out when I started watching. I would've been really pissed if Eren did actually die there and then, but as soon as that titan showed up I pretty much knew it was him. My theory at the time was that titans reproduce by eating people and they somehow become titans, but Eren's will was so strong he gained some level of consciousness.

They might do it like JoJo's Bizarre adventure- anime season, then a break, then when the manga's put out enough to animate again, another season.

Really the female titan being able to harden her skin wasn't really explained. It's just apparently something some titans can do.

I rewatched female titan vs everyone and I remembered your comment about F titan's faster healing not being explained. She has the ability/knowledge to prioritize her healing like she did when she concentrated on healing one eye to speed up her sight's return...so there is that.

Also wanted to add that Eren will be a fkn beast when he learns how to use all the titan abilities. His ferocity is simply unmatched and what allows him to stand up to the more experienced Titans.

This show has good cliffhangers, I'll give it that.

I am completely shocked by this revelation.
