The "Phoenix" Magneto beat wasn't even low herald.
Having said that, Magneto wins. Jean sans PF isn't all that impressive.

nope his helmet does tho 100% it stops charles and hes the most powerful telepath his shield blocks physical damage and im sure most magical attack as well
