Zeus comments. It wasn't regarding 3rd world.

Zeus comments are his interpretation. I would have taken it as fact, had it not been for Supergirls on panel evidence which debunked the notion of it being bigger than galaxies so try again

Not to mention Supermans on panel showings and statement in New Gods v4 #10

On panel evidence >>> An interpretation

Also, I just read FC secret files, and there's no scan or statement showing or CLAIMING libra to have been bigger than a galaxy. lying is really your defense eh?

Many have voted for the Silver Surfer over Thor, when it comes to blunt force durability, but I personally don't see that at all. They fought a couple of years ago and Thor attacked Silver Surfer with a head butt:

^ Sure, Thor was bleeding, but Silver Surfers head actually went in. He ended up having a dent. Now obviously thanks to Silver Surfers power set he is going to recover from such damage better than Thor... but when it comes to durability on itself, Thor can deal much better with blunt force. I for example don't see Thor getting beat to near death by Thanos, the way Thanos did it to Silver Surfer. I just don't.

I see no overall distinction to be made between energy and physical attacks, based on the comics.
In the comics, the main distinction is between penetrating and non-penetrating attacks. Some energy attacks are the former; some are the latter.
Invulnerability typically refers to being equally durable against both forms of attack. Durable characters tend to be less durable to penetrating attacks, to varying degrees. It's ultimately a spectrum. Wonder Woman has often been very vulnerable to even simple projectiles on account of needing to justify her bracelets. Thor is also not invulnerable, but is typically probably a little less relatively vulnerable to penetrating damage.
Superman and Surfer are both on the end of that durability spectrum that we call 'invulnerable'. I'd say Surfer is a bit more purely invulnerable--he's harder to hurt at all and it's harder to penetrate his skin. But I'd say Superman is more indestructible overall.
