Oh i don't think it would be one punch. I think Vegeta would savor his victory here. To me it would look like Piccolo vs 3rd Form Frieza. He's be completely out matched and wouldn't stand a chance. He wouldn't even break a sweat.
And Goku has never faced an opponent that outclassed him by such an amount in Z. Baby Vegeta would be a good measuring stick tho and we see how poorly SSJ3 Goku did against him

The difference between SSJ3 and SSJ4 is too vast for Goku to compensate with his plot-shielded shenanigans.
Goku usually gets help from all the z-fighters, the earth, the dead, even dragonballs when faced with odds like these.
He gets none of that shit here. He will simply get utterly destroyed by Vegeta. Just makes me wish this actually happened in the shows.

He may not understand Goku, but you don't understand the immense gap in power between SS3 & SS4 that makes it a stomp for Vegeta.
This fight would pretty much start off looking like this in my opinon YouTube video except I could see Vegeta letting him hit him square in the face then smirking and he wouldn't end it by a chop to the neck he would savor every blow he landed that sunk into Gokus body and treat him like a living punching bag while doing all he can to make Goku feel completely powerless despite all his training cause that's essentially what Vegeta's had to sit by and suffer through his whole life with Goku. The gap between SS3 and SS4 is big enough that training and skill won't effect anything, it's a whole other tier in general.
