Give a specific example of Mjolnir helping Thor recover/heal or regenerate limbs.

This is like being a hard core fan of a team with the nemesis of your favorite team.

You can show by every possible stat, chart, score or ANYTHING and We will always think, that no matter what, our team is the best.
