Sure. But having her come in and kick the new villains asses is just piss poor story telling.
IIRC, Dave said Ahsoka would step in if the Ghost crew are met with adversaries that are beyond their pay grade, or something along the lines of that. Two Imperial Inquisitors probably meet that standard.
Because having what essentially is a side character come in and defeat the major villains makes them look weak and diminishes their threat and menace. It also can make the main heroes look worse as well and leave the viewers wondering why we are following them rather than Ahsoka.
If it's handled deftly it can work. But considering what happened to most of the villains in TCW, I don't have high hopes.

She's like the alpha-dog in the Rebellion. Someone who is portrayed as experienced and wise like Ahsoka wouldn't make the Inquisitors look weak, rather show how strong Ahsoka is. And I really don't know how we could go the season without Ahsoka confronting the Inquisitors, especially with all the problems they'll be causing the Ghost crew.
