Eh, doesn't matter really to me. Plus we have so few great female villains.

Anyway, the rest of the trailer looks really promising. Especially the Sabine stuff, which is a surprise for me because I couldn't stand her character before.

Why didn't you like her before?

I never liked Sabine.

Hera's cool, but Sabine's a very meh character.

Apparently we'll be getting some backstory on the Inquisitor from S1.

That's good, I was hoping there'd be more info for him, I thought it was an interesting character.

"It's hard for me to justify, you know, them getting away from him"

That's the kind of thing I want to hear.

Yeah. Although I don't see the point now that he's gone.

Well, he was an important part of the Inquisition (Grand Inquisitor, of course). And a backstory for him could help explain the Inquisitors better.

I feel like Dave drops the ball alot in these interviews when they aren't relating to his own characters.

Vader fights completely different then Anakin, so how would Ahsoka know how Vader fights?

I think we discussed this before, but I'm pretty sure it's noted even new canon that Vader had to readjust his fighting technique into something else.

^ Besides it should actually be Vader who holds the Major advantage(aside from being a More Powerful) given that He Trained Her, and she's Presumably not completely changed her fighting style.

That too, I wouldn't think she'd have any real need to change her fighting style. But yeah...he'd have more of an advantage compared to her given that Anakin =/= Vader in really any form.

It can only make any sense if he's talking about the way Vader/Anakin "thinks" during combat. And not specifically any fencing form weaknesses Ahsoka picked up over the years of her training.

Still it should be the Master who knows the Apprentices weaknesses more than the other way around. Just look at Kenobi vs Anakin.

Agreed. 👆

Eh Obi V Anakin, that was more due to a gamble rather than exploiting a weakness...or well at least not entirely anyway.

Still though, Dave's commentary about stuff other than his own characters is just....weird and wrong when looking at everything else.

^ I think it was Obi-Wan knowing Anakin well enough to know what kind of tactics he might fall for.

But their relationship clearly didn't give Anakin the advantage, that was for sure.

Well that and the darkside was clouding Anakin's judgement/view, I really don't think a more controlled Anakin would have gone the way he did.

But yeah.

Pretty weak episode.

I liked seeing the Clones again, their personalities, and the interaction between the characters but the whole hunting trip was stupid. When Zeb gets eaten no one freaks out but just do what the clones say. What!? Also the Ghost crew just happened to stumble upon Rex and co... I thought the droid head was gonna lead them to the clones somehow but it does no such thing and just repeats Rex's number.

It was a pointless episode yeah...all this time waiting and we get what is essentially just pointless filler...and it's even worse, they're stretching it out for a 2nd part. ...Although it seems to confirm that there is no more Clones in the Empire, given they were 'decommissioned' as it were.

But really...yeah totally pointless, they could have included the 2nd part coming up I feel. Oh well...we get AT-ATs coming next time!

I'm sure next episode will be far more compelling. I feel that this arc will work far better when viewed as a whole with this episode basically just serving as set up. I will say this, I loved Gregor. That General/Commander line was hilarious!

And the backstory sounds quite interesting. Especially the part with the Jedi betraying the clones.

where can i see this online?

Anyone else notice how they played the Innocents of Ryloth theme when Hera talked about how the clones helped her?
