Also Wedge is a former TIE pilot in this canon! Well at least they are keeping that from the EU. Not the Wedge being a former TIE pilot, but the fact the RA had recruited from TIE piloting academies and defectors.

You know, I'm not sure people really get just how much the Empire actually helped(not intentional) the Alliance in their overall victory. They were pretty much beaten by themselves in a way.

^ That's the point though. People all don't just become Evil just because the Government is evil.

But it might take time for some to really see how bad the Empire is and then Rebel against them.

Ya I know they just don't become evil, I was just saying that the Empire 'helped' the RA in their victory. Crix Madine greatly helped in setting the Rebel SpecForce.

My thoughts though of course his TK feats in the comics/novel and show before this point have always been pretty great.

Holding up hundreds of ton of debris ( the entirety of a collapsed mining zone ).
Manipulating 2 ship sized asteroids with Ezra.
Pushing a casual Vader with Ezra.
Stasising a falling archway in midair.
Pinning the Grand Inquisitor.
And now redirecting a rocket.

He only needs dueling feats and it looks like he's going to get that fighting Maul.

He is possessed when he fights Maul.
