I agree that Spock went after Khan after Uhara defeated Khan with a phaser. 😄 But by then, the damage was already done: Khan clearly lost to a dame with a gun.

More damage was done but he was not defeated hence Spock wouldn't need to attack him anymore.

LOL. Spock is too slow, too weak, and has no pre-cog. Uhura wouldn't surprise Vader, and wouldn't be able to lay a shot on him.
